yup modthesims2.com is a great site and completely free and might I add a millions times better then the BBS(sims2.ea.com) also you should check out the forum there it helped me a whole lot http://forums.sims2community.com/

It is the best free site for Downloads and they also have great tutorials.

yes u download stuff for free then u extract the files and u find them in your game!!! u can also creat stuff in modthesims 2 u just have to singup
