The tubal procedures are just under 100% effective, so technically you could still get pregnant after a tubal. I just asked my doctor about the tubal I had over 5 years ago, and she said time doesn't decrease the effectiveness.

It may or may not work. Usually it wont, that's to many years.
But if you wanted to do that.....it is going to be very expensive
You could end up broke just trying to concieve....just get a
few doc's....opinions. And go to a fertility specialist....
