Priceless! No life on earth would exist without it. I've once heard that, in order for the USA to produce the same energy that the sun emits in only 1 second, it would take the whole of USA's gross domestic product value (which is a lot) for a million years.

In monetary terms this has to be an autistic question.

The sun's value is all life on this planet.

There would be no life on Earth without the Sun and therefore the Sun is very valuable to life!

When I'm depressed, I can be recharged by opening the curtains in my dingy 2bed walkup. I can open my sunroof in my 10 yr old honda and be blinded from any angle, even in sunglasses. My daughter has a wierd shade of hair that looks like fire in the sun but like a dustbunny in aforementioned walkup. I have never been fatter since I had my baby but I look really thin in painful and potentially cancerous sunburn. In summary...I hate the phrase in summary. Your friend. Bam.

Well, to us the Sun is priceless! Switch him off and there goes life with him... Let's not forget that the Sun was considered a God in ancient times, from ancient Egyptians (known as Ra) to ancient Greeks (they called him Helios, a male God).

Without the sun, it is likely that all life on earth would soon die. So the sun is beyond price.
