I would assume that it's the missed period arriving a little late. but if you have done a pregnancy test and it was positive then go to the doctors to get things checked out.

Sometimes we do bleed in early pregnancy. I bled during my first pregnancy at the begining and at the end and had a healthy baby boy! It can be a sign of miscarraige too. If it gets heavy and/or you have any pain or clots, then you should see a doctor right away.

If your pregnant you can still bleed a little but not more than just "spotting" - that means your hormones are still cycling - some women havent known they where pregnant for a while because they still got light periods
if you just missed a period you just missed a period and your body will get back on track
if your worried, I would just call your doctor

yes sometimes u can have spotting and could be a sign of pregnancy. better take a pregnany test to be sure
