U don't want something that goes completly slow, but at the same time u don't want to stop dead when you stick it in something... or touch something with it and it stops because it's so weak. So somewhere in the middle to fast will give you headaches.

Never heard of that. Ive heard of the trojan vibrating rings, but not a tongue ring. I'd say just try it out and see what's best.

A tongue ring is bad for oral health! It can cause infection and chip the enamel off your teeth causing decay in the future.
I would remove the ring at once!

just use an electric mixer on high instead
