Yes, you could walk it: I used to walk from Marylebone to Knightsbridge stations which is only a bit shorter, and that used to take about 35 minutes at a fast walk. So it would probably take you around 45 mins.

Except for the first bit, on the Euston Road, it's really a very pleasant walk.
Here's the route (tailored for walking!)

From Euston you turn right onto the big main road (Euston Road). Shortly, it changes its name to Marylebone Road.
Cross over to the south side (traffic flowing the same way you're walking.) Once you pass Regent's Park tube you take the 3rd turning on the left, Marylebone High Street (nice shops!)
Marylebone High St changes its name to Theyer Street. Keep going till it crosses Wigmore Street, where you turn right. Walk on, past Portman Square, then take the 2nd left on to Cumberland Place. This brings you out almost immediately at Marble Arch.
Cross using the underpass to Hyde Park. There are maps of the park but basically you cut diagonally straight across it, over the Serpentine Lake, and join the car route as it feeds out through the south gate (Alexandra Gate).
Cross straight over and you're on a road called Prince's Gate which changes name to Exhibition Road. As you walk down here, you'll see first university buildings, then the Science Museum on your right and the V&A on your left.

Yes you can, would not recommend it as it does mean crossing the centre of London and using side streets a lot unless you want to increase your travel times.
Best way is Down Tottenham Court road, Turn into Oxford Street, across Hyde Park to Albert Memorial, cross road and you are next to Albert Hall then down towards Science Museum, Natural History Museum, take pedestrian tunnel to South Ken Tube station.

NOOOO!!!! I wouldn't do it!! HEHE!!! I'd either go one stop to King's Cross and jump on the piccadilly or go south on the northern and change at Leicester Square but it gets busy!
