I divorced a man who is a nothing riddled with lies and deceit using others unknown to me with a sub story of being homeless and i help them and then latter finding out that these people were on his side to bring me down by getting in my house to steal and report back to him and take from me. and even going as far as using the mental health system

Your first mistake was falling for the sob story. You need to be careful who you believe these days, as many people know how to "work" you.
I think you're just going to have to be very careful and a little skeptical of people for a while until he gives this up. If you feel you or your property are in danger, it might help to talk to a legal professional.

I think you'll have to respond to him as you would to a child using the same manipulative behaviour, just totally ignore him, don't reward him with attention or a dramatic reaction, just carry on as normal and don't flinch. Don't open the door to these people either, it sounds extremely dangerous.
Of course on the other hand this man could be extremely distraught from the end of your relationship, and you need to be straight and frank with him, as clearly he is emotionally unsettled to say the least.

He may be a sadist, he might not ave settled in life after he left you. He has become emotionally upset. He do not want you to come up in life. Just ignore him, and go on ignoring. Think only about your present and future.
Even then if he continue to harass you, then take protection as per law.
