NOTE:I ave only known 4 one day but think likes me.
how do I ask her out when she is leaving in a week and what shouldn I do/say? I think/know (High persentage) that I love her but not quite old enough to merry what do I do or say that wont scare her off. Any sugestions? Thanks for wour help.

Wait....... you've known her for one day? And you "think/know" that you love her? And she's leaving in a week? And you aren't "quite old enough to marry?" Sounds like something I've read somewhere... what is it? AH! YES! Romeo and Juliet.
Okay if you've never read it, they both died. And this relationship sounds like an unhappily ever after one too. So let it go.

It really doesn't sound good that she'll be leaving in a week's time. how about getting all her possible contacts so that you can keep communication lines open(stay in touch)
otherwise you need to take your time and let the love grow, and be sure you are not infatuated! try building a friendship with this girl first before you think of what you could say that will or will not scare her! All the Best!

You should start off as a casual friendship and slowly get to know her more. Just treat her like you would to your friends and hope you enjoy it.
