I think your question is pretty relative... How much experience do you have with cars? With transmissions? I have never personally tried to install a tranny because it seems like way to daunting of a task for me. Unless you have experience, or have an experienced friend who can help you, I would strongly suggest taking your car to a shop instead of trying to do it yourself. Chances are you will mess something up and guess what? There's no warranty when you do it yourself.

hi, lets see.... i assume you work on cars yourself and had experience in engine and trany removal... so lets see if an 86 honda is hard to do..... we remove the front tires, axles , trany mount, bell housing,,, misc parts,,, lines and hoses, linkages,,,, nope its not that hard,,, just labory.... and dirty hands, hair , face, arms, and clothes... and its fun???
