Carpet bubble easy fix?

Question

I have a small bubble in my carpet ( maybe 5" diameter)and was wondering of anyway to fix it without having someone restretching the entire carpet.Glues, nail,staple..ect

We had one like that in our first apartment. We put a couple of 1 inch staples in it. The shag carpet covered them and it looked ok.
