I was watching the Swan where contestants either enlarged/reduced their boobs to a C. However, when they were wearing evening gowns, their boobs seemed so big and "pushed-up".
I was watching "Curse of the Golden Flower" where even artistes like Gong Li and Zhang Zi Yi who are not as well-enhanced, could look like they have very big boobs in those tight dresses.
I have a cup D and yet I don't achieve the same effect as them. So I would really like to know how and why.

Usually they use padding on the bottom of their bras, which pushes the breast up. Which makes them look perky.

They would probably be wearing one of those stick on invisible bras or they could have boning in their dresses which achieves a thinner look around the waist but a pushed up bust
