I think that asians traveled north, and over time they became lighter skinned and round eyed, due to diet and environment. Hence, caucasians.

Russians and almost all other Europeans speak languages that are related to languages in India. That's why these languages are called an Indo-European group of languages.
Perhaps a very long time ago Europeans originally came to Europe from India through Russia and Eastern Europe. And they've lost their dark skin color due to a genetic mutation which was advantageous to them in a northern climate.
White skin allows more efficient production of vitamin D in presence of sunlight. And this efficiency is necessary in places where people don't expose their skin to sunlight that much.
Nowadays, vitamin D is added to dairy products. And that's why dark skinned people can live in northern climates without developing a deficiency of vitamin D.

That's only 2 sides of Russia...on the third side, Russia's west, is Europe. Just cross the Ural mountains and you're in Scandanvia to the north and Czech + Poland + Romania (etc.) in the south.

They walked there.
I know that Celts originated from Eastern Europe. Whites likely traveled from southeastern Europe (after they came from Africa) to different places in Eurasia. Russians also have a slight East Asian influence, genetically.

more people move into the country, more races are mixed, then you have a new breed of people. over time, the dominant traits were mixed so much, they started to die out. now you have all these new breeds around, and they mate. skin gets lighter, and after a while, you have a new race.
