There is no website for you to go to to request that a DVD is brought out. But there are sites around that will list all the movies that are going to be released on DVD. Some sites

www.comingsoon.net
www.reel.com
and a list of others just type
DVD Release Dates in any search engine and you should be well on your way to finding out when that DVD is coming out

Whenever I want to find out stuff like this I go to www.bestbuy.com, because they are pretty accurate with their merchandise. They will even allow you to pre-order it.
The other way is www.rottentomatoes.com and I do believe that "Yahoo. Movies" will let you know when a movie will be released on DVD.

List of current, upcoming movies and you can find oout if a
particular movie is already out in DVD version.
