I thought is "Empty VESSEL makes the most noise"? Little did I know, you invented the phrase of "Empty CAN makes the most louder noise", that was awesome!!!
Anyway, the answer is YES. Of course empty cans make lots of noises because it is filled with only air inside and the cans are made of metal, so it sounds alot and really noisy and irritating!!!
