n^18. just add the exponents.

n^10 x n^8 = n^(10+8)=n^18

There are some laws of exponents. One states that:

a^m * a^n = a^(m + n)

Use it here:
n^10 * n^8 = n^(10 + 8)
= n^18

Here are some of the other laws:
(a^m) / (a^n) = a^(m - n)
(a^m)^n = a^(mn)

When muliplying, add indices:-
n^(10) x n^(8) = n^(18)
