Can I relocate my business to a cheaper tax country in the EU?

or will I get locked up for tax avasion?

UK will still Tax you (personally) on your earnings (assuming you remain in UK).

Check out Ireland - they encourage small Business (unlike UK where HM Government regard anyone with money as a legitimate source of blood to be sucked dry ..)

The UK has one of the lowest rates of Corporation Tax in the EU already.
