First of all -- in almost every multiple birth-- there is some losses--- and the mother rabbit did not "loose" her fur--- she removed her fur to make bedding for her newborn--- it is the way that they do to care for their infants !! She is upset because she is running on primal instinct at this point and THAT attitude is that Everything other than she and her babies is a risk factor and she ain't buying it-- be it you or anyone else !!
Newborn bunnies are ugly as the dickens and they are going to turn every color in the rainbow before they mature somewhat and start putting on their "coats" so -- the eyes will develop and the fur will come in time--- and all will be right with the world !!

If you really are concerned here-- about the little one's condition or have questions on how to deal with all of this--- a simple call to the vet's office should cover a lot of territory here for you !!

I wouldn't worry about the eyes. Most animals dont open their eyes until up to 14 days after birth. I would definately find a way to get the dead baby rabbit out of the cage. Plus I would contact a vet for information or go to petsmart and get a book on rabbit breeding. I know that cats and dogs won't feed a baby if there is something wrong with it. You could try to get a formula solution from a feed store or petstore and feed the babies through an eyedropper.

bunnys only need to nurse their babys 10 min a day (wow huh)...many new mother in the animal world kinda weird out and don't take care of their babies and even act aggressively towards them...keep eye on them if u have a cam corder set it up and walk away that way u can see how she does with them when ur not around.....if she mean or they start looking really bad take em out and go to ur local vet....they'll either give u special formula or tell u a recipe for it, and tell you how much and when to feed them....don't expect them to take to the icky stuff to quick, it takes time and they'll may even puke it up the first few times. careful while feeding them if the dropper or bottle is in their mouth when they puke it'll come out their nose and they can choke.....fostered bunnies don't tend to fair all that great but its worth a try.............good luck

Either call in a vet or take them to a vet. You may need to bring the cage indoors if it's really cold.
