I hate to say it but Neil Young's voice might not appeal to a lot of people (especially when he used to sing with C,S,&N whose voices were pretty good). Still, I own about everything he's put out. I bought Harvest way back when on vinyl, new, for $2 US.
Tom Waits sells records?
Bob Dylan can sing, it's just in too low a frequency for people to hear sometimes (ask a whale or tortoise)
