Absolutely. The chances of success are about 16-20% per cycle, which is pretty close to your chances of conceiving naturally.

With regard to what one of the answerers mentioned about the risk of a pregnancy with multiples, the common approach nowadays is to transfer a maximum of 2 good embryos. You can also ask that they transfer only a single embryo, pretty much eliminating the risk of even twins.

Usually, a good cycle will yield enough embryos so that after you transfer one or two, you can have the others frozen for a future cycle.

Yes. When you have Invetro fertilization process done, they take the eggs from your ovaries which I am pretty sure you still have, and fertilize them in your uterus. It is a very sucessful process and I know a few people who conceived not only one child but twins and triplets from the procedure. If this is really what you want, you should talk it over with your husband and make sure that it is something that you both wish to do, and are financially able to do as well. I wish you good luck if you decide to go through with it.

Technically, yes it could be done. I dont know who does it. Girls are born with all the eggs theywill ever have in their lives, and I'm sure the didnt take them out when they cliped your tubes shut. The real question is how much money it will cost you. Very expensive procedure.

Heck yeah. You totally bypass the fallopian tubes when you do IVF. As long as you still have your ovaries, which I'm sure you do. Good luck ttc!

they would have to harvest eggs with a needle and impregnate them with sperm in the lab then insert in your uterus, i doubt its hugely successful and it is hugely expensive.
