In earlier lessons we learned about the various literary forms and devices -- plot, character, setting, imagery, style, tone -- authors use in achieving the effects they seek. Here we will examine how these elements are adapted and combined to produce a cohesive narrative: a story told in verse from beginning to end.
The second we site indicates: "Some have speculated that some of the distinctive features that distinguish poetry from prose, such as metre, alliteration, and kennings, at one time served as memory aids that allowed the bards who recited traditional tales to reconstruct them from memory.Some narrative poetry takes the form of a novel in verse."
The third site below seems to list the characteristics as follows: What is narrative poetry? Narrative Poetry is a poem that tells a series of events using poetic devices such as rhythm, rhyme, compact language, and attention to sound. In other words, a narrative poem tells a story, but it does it with poetic flair! Many of the same elements that are found in a short story are also found in a narrative poem. Here are some elements of narrative poetry that are important:

A strong read now, and a bit scary. You could re-fashion this to make it read with more power. I don't think though that I would use the word 'stalker' it is implied anyway in the way you present.
