where can i buy cheap fashionable shoes?

Question

I really like some of the shoes in the new spring/summer collection at Nordstrom.
I've been through payless, and apart from one or two pairs I don't like them.

Does anyone know any other stores for buying cheap (not more than $45 - $50 for sure) but nice looking shoes?
I'm in Western Washington, so no H&M, Dillards, Charlotte rousse please.

try Nordstrom Rack. It has reli cheap shoes from the Nordstrom stores

But I would find a Nordstrom.com then you don't have to leave your house.. Great deals.
