How about Speller? You sound like you might enjoy magic spells, and you like to spell words in an unusual way. For example, Pessimist.
Your middle name is Elizabeth. How about you shorten it a bit and create a Kryptonian sounding name, like Sarah-El? You could say that you're Kal-El's cousin (or Jor-El's niece). (In case you don't watch read DC Comics or watch "Smallville", Kal-El is Clark Kent's real name [and Clark grows up to be Superman]).
Sarah is a great name. In one of my classes, we had about fifteen John's, so I know what you're going through.

Well Sarah means princess and Elizabeth means God's promise.
Maybe you can find the words princess or promise in a different language. Especially a language of your cultural heritage (German, Irish, Native American, Cuban, etc...).
For example Irish word for princess is: banphrionsa and word for promise is: geall
For example Spanish word for princess is: princesa and word for promise is: promesa
(Can probably find prettier words if you use different languages, can even post on YA asking how to pronounce these words in any language different from English).
Some nicknames I saw for Sarah were: Sally, Sadie, Sassie (don't know why)
Here is a list of famous vampires, maybe you can adopt one of their names as your nickname

Coffee nicknames: cocoa, java, joe
Hope this helps. Let us know what you choose.

think of something funny or random that happened to you that you will never forget of, and use one word/the thing to discribe it as your nickname.
For example, during a camp session, I spilled tabasco sauce all over myself in the restraunt!
so, they called me sauce.
