What if I went to the local gas station with a long black coat and pantyhose over my head, walked inside and BOUGHT a bottle of chocolate milk and an individually wrapped little debbie snack cake. Could I get arrested or something? If so what would the charges be?

Refuse to sell to me? I could sue. The sign says no shirt, no shoes, no service. It says nothing about wearing pantyhose on your head.
