What if I went to the local gas station with a long black coat and pantyhose over my head, walked inside and BOUGHT a bottle of chocolate milk and an individually wrapped little debbie snack cake. Could I get arrested or something? If so what would the charges be?

Impersonation of a robber. I love it. I think I seen an episode of law and order about that once.

Refuse to sell to me? I could sue. The sign says no shirt, no shoes, no service. It says nothing about wearing pantyhose on your head.

Impersonation of a robber and attempted murder (because you almost gave the shopkeeper a heart attack) lol.

Actually, you'd probably be charged under the Patriot Act for terrorism. The rampant misuse of the Patriot Act has become more apparent over the years.

You are one sick puppy!
I don't think you would be wise to attempt this.
But it would sure be funny to follow you around with a camera as you did it to a whack of shops!

as soon as he sees you coming he will probably hit the emergency button and when a bunch of cops show up the might shoot you or at least they will arrest you for wasting their time by playing a joke....don't do it

You should worry more about the clerk pulling out a baseball bat and beating your skull in. Don't do it.

Well, although I'm not positive that you would get in trouble, I strongly advise against it. That's not the smartest thing to do, and It could get you hurt. Please don't try this little stunt. I'm beggin'

more than likely you'd be asked to remove the hose and refused service.

No, but the clerk might get nervous and shoot you.
That would be funny.

Probably depends on where you live. I think it's funny, though.
