CityJoy.exe is variant from Lop.Com threat. This one will hijack your browser settings. The location of the variant is [%application_data%]\sectpeakonlineblah\. To remove this you can download LOP Remover from http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/lopremover.exe

If you could tell us where the file is located and if it's running at all times or if it only runs at certain times like when opening a specific application i'm sure we could give you a far better answer.

i have never heard of it, and I know alot of viruses. probably a preloader for a game or something
