If you are using Outlook for your email, what you can do is you can create a rule. Create a rule so that anything that has the word Viagra or V1agra etc, would go straight to the recycle bin or junk folder.

Rule creation can be accessed by going to Tools, Rules and Alert (On Outlook 2003). Outlook Express should have it too.

You made your first mistake even responding to them! That just verified that your addy was valid! Nothing short of changing your addy will get rid of them. If you are smart, you will create 2 mail accounts, one for personal use for close friends and family, and one for internet use. A web based email client for internet use will keep this crap from ever seeing your PC!

I run Popfile (popfile.sourceforge.net). With proper training only one or two spam gets through per week, and I get dozens and dozens of spam per day.
