Yes, but in some states, if not all of them, if you are enrolled in school you can not move out of your parents or guardians home until you are 19. Crazy, huh?

yes, but that doesn't mean you are emotionally and mentally mature yet to take on adult responsibilities and make it out in the world on your own yet......
