Man was bound to fall, and in part God hoped for us to fall. Previous to eating of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, man was amoral. We had no sense of morality, in a sense, I doubt that we were truly humans - but rather smart animals still incapable of grasping good and evil. The ability to discern between good and evil is such a monumental ability, that God wished not to simply create us with this innate ability. But rather, humanity had to choose. To refrain from eating of the tree is to remain ignorant. In our wisdom we had the potential for growth. We were no longer static, but rather we could grow towards God. Yet, we could also turn away from God. But it is this potentiality which makes mankind so great. The potential for failure underscores man's potential for success.

Of course .It would make no difference who was Adam and Eve. Human weakness can't be changed and the Devil's seductive powers are too strong to resist .Temptation is extremely hard to overcome particularly in a paradise where they were.Just think what would have happened if they remained faithful to GOD. There would be no wars,no suffering,no greed,no hatred, no killing,no starvation ,no governments,no police no decease, no sickness,no sadness no dying,no racism .How on earth would we survive!

Well it's funny. If it hadn't been for Eve's curiosity & rebelliousness, none of us would exist. She & Adam would have lived in Paradise forever. But she chose to bite the apple from the tree of knowledge & so was cast out of the Garden of Eden & made to suffer a mortal existence -- to give birth, to die.
I'm afraid I have a curious nature. I would want to taste knowledge if it was in front of me & no, I couldn't go back. Once you have knowledge, you lose your innocence & can't go back. I would rather learn and experience, even the bad things, than to live a safe life where nothing happens, nothing changes. That's not paradise to me, that's a prison. Ignorance isn't bliss to me. I need to know.

I wouldn't cuz if Jesus told me not to do it and then a snake came up talking to me telling me to eat an apple off of the tree I'm not supposed to eat off of, then no I really wouldn't.
This is a really interesting question. I really have to think about part 2..........
Yeah, I think I would. Life really couldn't be worse than it is now. I wouldn't eat the apple so I know there wouldn't be any sin. I would get to experience a totally different life, and It would literally be perfect. I would always be happy.

NOWAY...
I wouldn't bite, cause we should have been in Heaven by now!!!! All of us, yet; because Eve made Adam bite the Apple, we're here on Earth.
She could've spared us a lot of trouble here on Earth...
War, Heartbreaks, Deaths, Borns, Sorrow, Tears...

Surely not. I'd leave that to Adam, so childbirth wouldn't hurt so unduly for me.
If Adam ate the apple first, would men carry children instead? Then, could we only have one child, please (a girl)?
I wouldn't eat it because a snake was telling me to, and snakes shouldn't talk. I wouldn't believe the snake because talking snakes are notorious liars. I'd say to him, "Take it to Adam," since I'm in a state of original sin going into this scenario. However, afterward, I am blameless for all of humanity's ills, and I can thus earn equal pay for equal work, while Adam says in Eden to raise our baby girl.
