I wouldn't forgive if let's say China decided our leader was a "bad" man, and made up lies in order to "liberate" us, then destabalize our country while occupying it and killing innocent civilians. All we have done is given them more of a reason to hate us.
Like it or not, Sadaam hated terrorists, he killed terrorists. He did not tolerate them in his country. Now instead of one "terrorist" to worry about (Sadaam)...we have to worry about millions. Good job Bush. :o(

The minority percentage of sunnis who used to rule with an iron hand probably won't, everyone else is doing better, or would if not for foreign insurgents and the radical shiites who want control of Najaf that are being backed by Iran in their "end times" prohecy nonsense. The Halliburton/Saudi influence on USA policy sort of botched things. Announcing a August 2008 run away date is just encouraging the bad guys to do as they please because they have already won, and dems are counting on things getting so bad that even if they loose power in 2008, by January the bloodbath will be too hopeless to salvage anything in Iraq when new politicians come in. The only question is how well they can spin news coverage of what they do or don't do in Congress between now and then, if all they manage is to investigate and question and maybe get all the top White house staff to resign between now and then, and of course the 900 billion dollar budget increase in their first year looks so good, I don't see them holding on to power. Unless people can swallow that "moderate" "blue dog" democrat line a second time. And I doubt terrorists will wait that long before being encouraged by the Iraqi withdrawal deadline passed last friday to launch another 9/11 or worse attack, now that they think they have the USA on the run. (Just the yellow back surrender monkeys in congress and maybe Hollywood, not the country).

NO because the reson why the united states got in to war with that country, did not exist bush based this war upon one big fat lie he stared saying that there was weapons of mass destruction in that country that was not true , and he made himself look like a fool, later he said that sadam was evil that it was necesary to remove him from power, sadam its gone and the the usa remains fighting there soldiers no longer know what they doing there... your president said that is for freedom, but he used that word so many times and abuse such term. so now,for many that word is emty ..
and for those who think that the war with such country was good, and improved the lives of the irake people i would say watch the news sometimes,, there is also a great documentary done by HBO about the subject , stories in all - bu graid, watch this documentary and then, tell me if sadam was evil, or Bush you be the judge.
i dont know how the united states thinks that it has the answer foreverybodyelses problems and at the same time they can´t solve their own problems. here is an idea,,, finish
solving the problems of your own people, fix new orleans improve the health and school system tell kids not to kill each other later you can think about the things that you can do for people in some other country,, will irak forgive the united states? just ask yourself would you forgive someone that comes in to your home with a fake reason and destroy most of the things in your house rape some of your family members. and tells you
that later you will be happy and that you should be happy because he is there, and he is gonna tell you how you supouse to do things in your house, but the funny thing is, he dosent know your languge or your culture,, he solves one problem, and it only makes things worst, would you forgive that person? nobody i know would..SAY NO TO WAR

The only way other countries have good feelings for another is if the other nation shows the other respect for its territorial integrity, its culture, religious ideals, and recognizes the talents, initiative and basic goodness of its people. Until then, I would think that relations would still be strained, at best. Iraq must have the freedom to build up their own nation how they best see fit, according to the basic beliefs of its people. The Iraqis, regardless of sectarian issues, must come together in peace to solve their own problems without outside interference from any other nation, unless they are invited to provide help. Iraq and the US will have better relations once US troops are removed. Then the mending can begin.

If Iraq in the next 20 years turns out to be prosperous and free, then there would be nothing to forgive. If not, then I see Iraq as a training camp for all of our enemies for years to come.

Lesson for you as we communicate isn't have faith each and every thing you spot or hear on youtube. If it grew to become into certainly a real American soldier he grew to become into speaking out of his a**. American troops do not hearth into crowds of unarmed civilians ever. in the event that they do they face severe punishment. that's uncertain he has ever been to Iraq. there is not any thank you to tell if he's telling the reality yet, I incredibly doubt his credibility. If it have been actual, hundreds of yankee troops could be asserting a similar element. maximum critically contributors of my family contributors who did serve in Iraq and observed try against could be telling me this grew to become into actual. they are asserting he's a mendacity bast***. that's stable adequate for me.

What need of their forgiveness do we need? 9/11 was an undeclared war on the US and al-quada was responsible. , The Iraqi intelligence service had connections to al-quada via the Sudanese Intelligence Service which like Sudan's Government was and is still controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood, a terrorist organization. They are lucky we have treated them so humanly, another Muslim nation would not have.
So the question is not will they forgive us it is will we forgive them. The answer is yes and is seen in our humane and Christian dealings with them!

There is nothing to forgive. They are glad we are here and want us to be here until the security improves.
Here are some observations the media doesn't tell you....
The Iraqi electrical grid was destroy before we got here. It got worse after we were here because more people were able to buy more goods and drain the grid more. Fuel wasn't an issue when we invaded. It's more of an issue now because more people in Iraq own cars than ever before. There is a boom (no pun intended) in housing. More houses are being built. Northern Iraq is seeing the most success of any region in the country.
There is nothing to forgive. The people have more than ever. It's going to take some time to get the infrastructure caught up to the success of the people.

If people of Japan and people of Viet Nam have forgiven US, people of Iraq are no exception.
But have the Americans forgiven their leadership for brutalities committed in Iraq and unwarranted occupation of a free country?
This is more important.
