When I get my period and I am at school and I have it sometimes I feel like I smell. I hate that feeling, cause you can't smell yourself.

try using betadine feminine wash. i think you can get it from the pharmacy without any prescription. youre supposed to use it twice a week only (during your period and a week after). it gets rid of the odor and its good hygiene.=)
for regular use try lactacyd feminine wash.

Ask a close friend if you smell. Actually, a lot of women do, so it's not a really big deal.
I decided to increase my iron intake during periods since your iron level drops a little. I've noticed a lot less odor when taking iron supplements.

Well, my school encourages is to bring a small kit to school where we put some napkins, an extra pair of panties and the like. Maybe you should do the same so that next time, you can just go to the comfort room with the kit in hand and come out like nothing happened.

You must change your sanitary wear regualarly.
You can use a deodorant spray to help mask the smell but if you are showering daily you shouldnt have a smell if you are changeing yourself every four hours.

I have NEVER been able to smell a woman's period so don't think you're any different. I think you're just a little self conscious.

well so long as no one says anything, don't worry. Also, smells are weird things...you can never really pin point the course, so it's like...even if it does smell, no ones gonna be sure who it is.
