despite climate change the phrase "april showers" has a lot of truth in England - you need your raincoat and an umbrella as it always rains a lot during april!

Regardless of time of year , taking a raincoat is ALWAYS a good idea.

England invented the rains ;)

i would take a raincoat, wellies, snow shoes the lot!!! the weather is very unpredictable in the UK lol nah an umbrella is quite fine

Travel with one anyway, the weather networks can't even predict the weather, they only can give you the warnings and watches , it may rain in their predictions but a storm can linger at any time and cause more showers, or pass in minutes........
