Technically yes if the female especially, is under whatever the state says is the age of consent in your area. Will you get in trouble? Probably not. Can you get in trouble, yes you can.
If her parents press the issue you can be in huge trouble for a very long time.
If both are above the age of consent and the ages between the two partners isn't more than 2 years you would be okay - legally.

No, not unless you are like 16 and have sex with some small child under 12.
510.050 Rape in the second degree.
(1) A person is guilty of rape in the second degree when:
(a) Being eighteen (18) years old or more, he engages in sexual intercourse with
another person less than fourteen (14) years old; or
(b) He engages in sexual intercourse with another person who is mentally
incapacitated.
(2) Rape in the second degree is a Class C felony.
510.040 Rape in the first degree.
(1) A person is guilty of rape in the first degree when:
(a) He engages in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion;
or
(b) He engages in sexual intercourse with another person who is incapable of
consent because he:
1. Is physically helpless; or
2. Is less than twelve (12) years old.
(2) Rape in the first degree is a Class B felony unless the victim is under twelve (12)
years old or receives a serious physical injury in which case it is a Class A felony.
As you can see, you must have attained the age of 18 to be charged with second degree rape (statutory rape), but if the person is under 12, they are considered unable to give consent. There is no majority age limit for that statute.
Please note that this is Kentucky law and your state's laws may vary.

Yes, sex under 18 is considered illegal - no matter who it's with. However, you probably wouldn't be prosecuted for it.

Technically, yes, but since you're too young to know better, they can't really prosecute.
