the character in the movie is a japanese deaf mute girl named Chieko. she wrote something in japanese and slipped it into the police officer's pocket.the officer opened it when he was in the bar but theres no subtitle.does anyone know what the note says?japanese peeps help!

I'm Japanese and I can read it perfectly but we don't see the letter for long enough or clearly enough in order to read it.

It's a femininity & sexuality vs culture thing. American men dream of a woman between 18 & 21 with a smooth deep silky voice that sounds like she's having sex at all times. Animation is an easy place for a country to put it's fetishes & sexual ideals on full display. Recently in the news, Japan let the world know that it thinks "paedophilia is wrong" & that maybe idealizing 14 year old girls as a cultural sex symbols is a bit inappropriate. This excluded anime & manga, where all perversions run rampant due to CGI & ink being a victimless crime that could stave off urges for the real thing. However, it's ingrained into their cultures that a sexy feminine woman should try to look, act, & sound as young as humanly possible. The obvious conflict was that they were still very interested in very adult features like large breasts & there's an increasing interest in large butts, (as well as increasing fetishes for BBWs, milfs, extremely muscular women) & so in anime & games, it's very common to see a mouse-voiced bug-eyed girl who looks 11 in a frilly doll dress with an J-cup bra. With real Japanese women, the voice is pretty forced. You meet Japanese girls in real life who aren't trying to flirt or impress anyone, & their voices are low-pitched & age appropriate.

She'd told the police guy that her mother had jumped off the balconey. That's how he and she have sex. But afterwards she confesses that she'd lied and that her mother actually shot herself and that she had been there. The father says the same thing to the police guy and the letter confirms that.
My idea of trying to make sense in all that babble.
