My grandmother told me when I was little that I should always sleep in a bra so my boobs didn't sag.
That was a long time ago - and it didn't work :P

Well, it's not that bad. But wearing a bra on all day can "suffocate" the "girls" and it's good to let them breathe when you sleep. Also, if you're still in puberty, wearing a bra can prevent them from growing to their full potential.

I was told (when growing up) that you should always wear a bra to help keep from sagging....I don't know if either are true I wear one when I need to and hate to sleep with one on...

Yes your body needs to breathe at night. Unless you have very large breasts you should not sleep with a bra on.

It really depends if you find it comfortable or not. Some studies have shown that women with bigger breasts should wear bras to prevent sagging later in life.

It can be good if you have largers breasts but you should steer clear of underwire bras at night, as they can cause some pain and bruising.
