I wouldn't say mood swings per se, but more of a psychological effect. Mood swings are triggered by PMS and other hormonal problems, mostly in females.

it has been proven that weather has a direct correlation to mood swings but to prove it has a direct case is near impossible.due to to many variables in life for humans animal studies have shown correlations. i.e.( for human variables) ice cream consumption rises as drowning deaths rise. the other variable is more people swim during the months that are hot and therefore drown. also drowning deaths rise as temp rises... you get the picture

it affects me definitely. I could literally be upset or depressed, but if they are calling for cold weather in the forecast, or they are calling for snow, i literally cheer up seriously. And when they are calling for temps in the 80s and 90s, it makes me in a bad mood. And also extremes make me excited, hot or cold.

It's proven.
The temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and all that jazz effects our bodies. Our bodies produce chemicals that effect our moods.
Some peoples' moods even change with the lunar calendar.

i think of the climate do result your temper because of fact while it rains I do get a lil disillusioned yet then I positioned my rain boots on and flow puddle splashing with my friends(and definite we are grown *** human beings going puddle splashing...LOL) and while its sunny Im somewhat happy in spite of if Im in a foul temper

Sometimes when it rains i will go sad or mad, or sometimes happy and lucky. weird huh ?
