Wear dark-colored pants, like black, in matte fabrics (i.e denim or khaki, not leather or satin). Don't wear light colored bottoms (these brighten and enlargen, while dark colors recede and slim).
Wear a loose sun dress over, or try a sarong or sweater tied over the pants.
These are just ways to hide it, but to really get rid of it, you may have to pull a JLo and work out to target and reduce that specific area.
