He met her on the internet. He lives in the basement and she and her son and niece live upstairs on the 2nd floor. He receives Social Security for a mental disability, which is around $2300 a month. His lifestyle doesn't match his income. They seem to be married in name only. What is going on here?

He doesn't have any money of hiswon... He wiped me out and many others... my concern is for my child. He has made some threats of taking him to China and me not ever seeing him again, although I have full custody

THANKS, BUT THE ONE THING I'VE LEARNED IS THAT THE LAW AND POLICE ARE ONLY THERE AFTER SOMETHING "HAPPENS". SERIOUSLY, THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR ANYONE BEFORE THINGS HAPPEN.

If he has a mental disability surely your concerns should be raised with Social Services or the Police if your concerned about him being taken advantage of.

She want to come to America and look for man with some money. All she have to do is go down basement and bring him food and maybe sex once in a while. She bring whole family soon...

sounds like you are sticking your nose where it doesnt belong. what is it that you are concerned for? it sounds like you are trying to develop some sort of case to get him into legal trouble. get a hobby. hes an ex because you both wanted new and separate lives. get on with yourself.
