It is absolutely 100 percent Laurence Olivier as the other posters stated. The picture looks like it was taken around the time he made the movie Rebecca with Joan Fontaine in 1940. Olivier was married to the beautiful Vivien Leigh who was Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With the Wind.

100% it is Sir Laurence Olivier. He was one of the greatest actors there ever was. 2 of his movies you may like, Rebecca and later in his life Boys from Brazil. He was a kind humble man who never realized how great he really was.
