If you're talking about using internet cafes while abroad then I would recommend changing all your passwords when you get back home, you never know if these net cafes are respecting your privacy. I would not do banking online in one of these enviroments due to the sensitivity of the information.

It depends on who's computer your talking about?
the answer is yes you can be tracked if you didn't delete the history, off the computer you was using,

in future learn how to delete the history and cookies and never leave info on other peoples computers, it is not safe to do so...

If you are on someone else's computer there are many ways they could track everything you do on it. There are common logging programs that can track every keypress you make, every website you visit, etc.

I would be very careful if you do not want to get caught.

Just use it if you really need to check an email or something. Do not fully use it to shop, chat, do personal blogging, banking and lots of personal things if you are concerned. Always clear your cache, history, and password forms when you are done each time you use it.
