Then when you open the door you find a door hanger saying you weren't home? I have had this happen many times and I've not only been home, but the packages I'm waiting on are so important, I am actually sitting not 10 feet from the door. What 's the deal? No one knocked.

I had the same problem. What some drivers do when they are busy or lazy is leave a note and shove off.

Maybe the package is too heavy and the time it takes to heft package, get you to sign etc. is not in his priority. Lunch and breaks are.

I track my packages by computer and many times I had to watch out my window and chase the truck as it was pulling away from my apartment building.

UPS and FedX are the same on this one. Reason, they both hire people.
