This guy I run into and talk to sometimes and that I like (he might like me or he might be just friendly I have no idea) sat down at the computer next to me today. We talked for a little bit but then for about 5-10 minutes didn't say a thing. Then he left without saying bye. Why? I didn't say bye because he left kinda fast and I am shy too.

maybe he figured you werent interested because you didnt say anything to him.. If you like him speak up....even if its just a quick Hi, how ya doing,,,starting with something simple will help break the ice,,just remember he may be shy also,,and it may take you making the first move

Some guys get a little nervous around girls. He probably ran out of things to talk about and couldn't think of something to say and was hoping you would continue the conversation. Otherwise he wouldn't have stayed around. You need to help continue the conversation or he'll think you're just being nice to him. That is if you like him.

maybe he had to go some where after the class to meet somebody or he got bored talkin to you or he had to leave cause he saw some body else not have the other person find out that he is talkin to you as another girl . maybe he had a girlfriend in the same room and didnest want her know that he was talkin to you . some guys does that they run off and not say nothing . yes, its sound rude not to say good bye .

i knew people like that in college. you see them around an can strike up a bit of conversation, but not a discussion. you do not know him well enough, and he doesn't know you that well either. if you think he is being rude, just say " bye" and be a bit sarcastic. it's always rude to take off when there is someone else you are talking to....

Guys are simple and dont pick up on vibes, especially ones coming from girls. Your best bet is to tell him you like him and its swing or miss from there. If he is interested he will talk to you more and make sure to say bye when leaving ;)

it seems to be that he like you to =D i bet in those 5-10 minuted he really wanted to tell you how he feels. next time he comes around you should start a conversation and work you way to finding out. i hope i help you =D

He left without saying goodbye because you two don't have an established relationship of some sort. You're not even friends. Brush it off and keep it moving.

Maybe he had to use the bathroom really bad suddenly and didnt want you to see his "I hope i dont go on myself" face.
