Only if you're wearing one while he's trying to get in, Erica. They are there to contain liquid matter, to put it sensitively, and have built-in antiseptics, but he's going to go a lot further in than where they have an effect, and the power of the male ejaculation pretty much ensures that he reaches the cervix, which is way beyond the reach of those antiseptics.
Trying to conceive is a sure way to NOT conceive, too. You'll find that the moment you stop TRYING, and just enjoy the act, you'll succeed. It happens so many times!

I don't know if they effect or not but I had heard something like that also and so I decided not to use them. I stopped using Tampons and conceived after a few cycles. I would not say they are related though but I prefered not to use them.

No. Change them regularly to stay clean and you will have no problems. A tampon is just a cotton plug

tampons and ttc do not clash.. u need to ovulate inorder to conceive..

Well, you shouldn't leave them in while you're having sex. Otherwise, no.
