It wasn't just some tips and it was for sure not by her parents because I read some of it and it said like rules from mean girls on it too but it also said like pair sexy, with cute and like it was just...weird.

May be a joke, my friends have something like that in their apartment and we just add random "rules" whenever it's an inside joke, it's got all sorts of silly "rules" our mother's gave us.

Wow thats weird. Is somebody like controlling her whole life? U should tell her not to listen to what anybody tells her. I find that pretty sad actually. I can't imagine somebody actually living like that and following somebody else's orders. Ask her what's going on.
