Would you rather be trapped in elevator for 8 hrs. with a person who has bad gas or stuck sitting next to a person on a bus who never stops talking "at" you (for the same amount of time)? Why?

Well, I have been trapped on an elevator for about 3 hours, alone. Fortunately, I had one of those tiny deck of cards in my purse, and a good Scott Turow book (Presumed Innocent). So when I got bored with solitare, I read. I don't think I could handle the flatulence, though.
I have also been on a bus back to the midwest and yes, I got stuck with a non-stop talker. Every one on the bus was so good to me! When we stopped in Flagstaff for a supper break one of the passengers paid for my meal - but I think that was because the talker sat with me during the meal, too! It got to the point where I just zoned out and put in the appropiate, uh huhs, hmmm, and how did you handle that.
I got through both of them, but I think, if push came to shove, I would still take the talker. (Maybe get another free meal!)

Definitely in the bus as I'm so claustrophobic and elevators are small and id just freak especially with the ou with bad gas pollouting my oxygen

Definitely on the bus - I don't like elevators. And I can talk back to the boring person and be even more boring (teaches them a lesson...)

Well either is fine with me because I love people and even if they have bad gas after 8 hours you will get used to it!!LOL Of course the talking person would be quite easy to tune out as well!!!

Bus! Eeew don't like to smell that not good, atleast I know I will learn something from that person who would never stop talking he/she can't be that bad for 8 hrs. talk, know there's some sense.

l talk a lot so l'd rather be on the bus than the elevator b/c who would want to sniff bad gas?

trapped in an elavator atleast i could cover my nose and mouth with my shirt.and the bus situation i hate people that rattles on and says nothing important either.

BUS!, i have a very sensetive nose!, and i can easily pretend to listen, and just drift away!

I prefer stay at bus and sleep deeply with his silly talk and sometimes fart noisely....
