Please report his calls to your local police. Ask them how to go about getting a no contact order, or restraining order against him. You will need to document what he has said to you in a threatening way. Let them know he is doing this from jail, it will most likely get him into more trouble. Take care.

I know you'd like to get him in hotter water than he is already in. Is it worth it? My advice is have the number blocked so he can't call you or get caller ID and just don't answer. If you can't afford those services then go to the jail and speak with the warden or call the warden and express your concerns. Quick tip...stay calm when calling...just tell him the details and let the warden do his job. Or, next time he threatens you say "hold on bud I have a phone book here let me find you a good psychologist because you need one" by NO means let him know you are upset that is what he thrives on.

First off sparky, you need to step back and reconsider your situation. You are banging a baby momma with god knows how many exes in jail and you think his phone calls are the majority of your problems?
Secondly, what happens when he gets out and sets your silly **** on fire?
Should I bring the marshmallows, or will you?

call the jail and tell them. not only will he get onto more trouble but they can remove your number from the calling list so he can no longer call you.

You notify authorities, but I think it's safe to assume your place will be his number one stop the day he is out.
Either get a restraining order ready, or leave the front door open with your .45 in hand.

refuse his calls, change your number, call the jail and make a complaint, they will probably cut off his phone privileges, since making threats is a serious matter.

Stop answering the phone. Force him into leaving voice mails and go to the police with them. That way you will have a time and date stamp.
