You are an exteremely fortunate human to be so blessed as to have this talent. Many of us who understand its benefits wish we were so lucky.
Instead of focussing on "total escape", which would very much appeal to me as well, why not resear\ch what benefit in terms of healing and consciousness growth you can bring to yourself and others through this gift. Great shamans were powerful lucid dreamers.
From your name, i assume you are connnected with "the Islands". There exists there a powerful shamanic tradition that i'm sure you're aware of. That might be a good path to study, and to bring your gifts to.
Alternatively, please note that you are in a position to visit the Gods and Goddesses from many traditions once you understand their mythology and "locations". That would require some research, but well worth the effort. You can travel interdimensionally at will and visit with many wise and benevolent beings, learn much and receive many blessings and initiations. Your future is very positive.
Since, undoubtedly, you "earned" this ability over lifetimes, i salute your good fortune :))

Lucid dreaming is fun. I think it would be a blast to lucid dream for an extended period of time but maybe you would start to miss the permanency of real life...
In a lucid dream people might die and come back, weird things happen, nothing is really guaranteed and there are no rules. You might miss those things.

so ur saying, your dream = your real life and your real life=your bad dream. That will be cool except how will u be able to pay for all the fees while staying in hospital? Unless you are the kinda of ppl who don't need to work, then they should let you sleep..

Some folks think that one can.
Did you ever see the film "Jacob's Ladder" with Tim Robbins?
It is a very interesting film that centers around a Vietnam vet's dream life after he returns to the US. It so profoundly blurs the distinction between 'dreams' and 'reality' that it is scary...in a good way.
Good luck

in case you die on your sleep definite you die in genuine existence. yet if you find yourself having a dream the position you die, no you do not easily die in genuine existence. Its an complete fantasy. There are easily a number of different ranges of desires you may have. the purely ones you're ever attentive to take position for the time of REM sleep. you easily have dozens if no longer 1000's of desires a nighttime. purely a small percentage of those are some thing you consciously keep in mind. There are different theories about dream interpretation. some believe they don't propose some thing. i imagine they do. i imagine desires provide the body a fashion to rehearse genuine existence events with the intention to prepare for them. desires concerning lack of life and demise are extraordinarily common. lack of life in desires many times shows change. the acceptable of a few thing previous and the starting up of a few thing new or giving up an previous id to undertake a sparkling one. Or actually to adventure a existence replacing adventure - different pastime, new acquaintances, breaking apart or an truthfully lack of life of a loved one.

first i want to say- neo, this is the matrix
i think you would have to pay to just sleep all the time, no one would just let you, unless you have like a hook up to someone
theres no stability to dreaming, and really theres nothing to be accomplished, but i would do it in the drop of a hat, just as long as i get at least four hours awake to socialize
