Yes, it really works. Usually it works with a combination of charting and vaginal ultrasounds to check for ovulation. I've used this method myself as I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Disorder and can not get pregnant by normal means.
I am also a Doula and have assisted in bringing 58 babies into this world.

It may take several attempts on clomid to achieve a viable pregnancy, it does work but it's not for everyone. Just follow the regimen prescribed by your MD. After so many months they may need to reffer you to a fertility center for additional help.

This is my 2nd trial on Clomid this month and still waiting for the good news.. The 1st time didnt work for me..

I started on 50mgs, and my progesterone went up a little, then the 2nd month more. 3rd month at 100 mgs my progesterone was way up...they do work. Good Luck!

It worked for me, I got pregnant both times the second round. I had good luck with it, but I don't think it works for some peope. Good luck!!

Yes, for some people. If you're not ovulating, it can help you ovulate. I took it, but did not get pregnant, because i had a problem with my tubes. Doesn't matter how many eggs you have if the sperm can't get there lol!!
