I have asked this question today but I have to ask it again. ******************************************************************* I bought Zoom Bluetooth Adapter and Jabra BT125 (wireless bluetooth headset) in order to make calls using Skype. Both devices seem work but Bluetooth adapter does not find headset (I tried both - standard windows way and Zoom software). I have XP, not Vista, so system is not a problem I guess. Do you know what's wrong? Could you advise me what to do? Thanks for your help !!!!!

I'm not sure if this will help. Each Bluetooth needs its own ID in the network. If the device has a value of 2, but the software is looking for 1, they will not talk to each other. Usually, you can initialize both and they will find each other. Otherwise you may need to walk through the various addresses. The Bluetooth network is about 10 feet (3 meters). You might have another device, such as a wireless keyboard or mouse interfering with it.

If you have never gone to "How Stuff Works" before, you might want to go to the website below to get a quick tutorial on Bluetooth.

Good luck.

Did you use the "binding procedure" in the instructions for the headset?

Does the headset need batteries?
