just got another dui (my third) and they are tryin to take my right to drive away for good. this is bogus as i already did my time that fit the crime. hwo can i get my license back as i need it to go fishing and stuff

I'd get a good lawyer and talk with him to work up a defense. Maybe you can negotiate for community service instead of losing your license. Some communities will let you keep your license if you agree to submit to daily breathalyzer testing for a few months.
Dude, stop drinking and driving! I'm a paramedic and I can't count the number of times that someone was seriously injured or killed because of a drunk driver. You may think you can drive while intoxicated, but trust me, you can't. I don't want to have to take a critically injured patient to the hospital because you were drunk and caused an accident.

Why don't you WALK to the "fishin and stuff"? It will do you good, you'll get fit and healthy, and by eating the fish, you mite even lose weight. This will mean less tolerance for the alcohol (cos you will be skinnier), and this means that when (if) you ever get your licence back, it will be easier for you to rack up your 4th DUI. Alternatively, you could just go enrol in a school for slow learners.

Get a Police ID.
I know I wouldn't want your friggin car coming the opposite way after you've belted down a few. Oh yea... sure.. you can hold your liquor.. Hear that before from a good friend, and that friend is dead from DUI..
I don't want a drinker on the road.. They are just plain stupid.

If you have had 3 DUIs you don't need to be behind the wheel for any reason. To have the right to drive you need to be responsible and if seems you have proven you are not.

some states have this deal that they put in your car that you have to blow in in order for you to be able to start your car and drive. if you have beer in your system it won't start but then thats a point against you too. i would check into this but it cost about $3000.00 dollars to have it installed.i have a few people i know that have had to do this.
