There is no international norm because there is no norm at all.

"Normal" is a singular perception, not a Universal truth.

Normal is often grossly misinterpreted for similarity. But if you break down similarity, you will find great differences.

Therefore, normal is a false notion.

International norms would refer to issues covered in. international agreements. The more widespread the support for international norms, the greater the support for the agreement and hopefully reduce the level of conflict.

There is no international law as such covering every aspect.Even Inter Pol service is restricted to its signitories.International standards are there for manufacturing like ISO,BSS,CE etc.The world order is decided by long established practices,bi-lateral or multi -lateral agreements.UN principles are widely accepted.
