Are you looking to visit UAE? I would suggest you to contact the Emirates airlines office (the official carrier of Dubai, UAE) at your present country of residence. They will assist you to obtain the tourist visa for you and that will be more easy and economical way. Also it is optional for you to select flight only or flight + hotel package.
